  • We currently ship across India using trusted courier & logistics partners.

  • Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability in your location.

4. Shipping Charges

  • MaxxxMart may offer free shipping on selected products or during special promotions.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can use the tracking number to check delivery updates on the courier partner’s website.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • MaxxxMart is not liable for any products damaged or lost in transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please:

    1. Take a clear unboxing video and product photos.

    2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    3. We will file a claim with the courier partner and assist you.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.

  • MaxxxMart is not liable for delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete address.

  • If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipping charges may apply.

8. Cash on Delivery 

  • COD orders may incur an additional handling fee depending on courier partner terms.

  • Customer must be available to receive the order, else it may be returned or cancelled.
